What is PrescriberPoint?
PrescriberPoint is an AI-powered pharma-commercial platform designed to drive script-lift for brands by helping HCPs get their patients on therapy more easily.
What problem do you solve for brands?
We drive value for pharma in two ways: as an external channel and as an AI-as-a-Service provider for brands to use within their own infrastructure.
As an SOA channel: we help brands drive script-lift for as much as 90% less than their traditional sales & marketing assets through our “common platform” approach.
Commercial O/S: Brands can license our AI agents & embed in your own commercial ecosystem to super-charge results at a fraction of the cost of building in-house.
What problem do you solve for HCPs?
PrescriberPoint.com: our marketplace platform (like Zillow.com or Expedia.com) where HCPs can find content, tooling and support to overcome prescribing hurdles. Purposefully, this is an elegant, low-friction experience not requiring complex registrations or log-ins to get support like: looking up drug information, researching medical content, finding savings programs, ordering samples, exploring coverage and finding prior auth forms, finding patient start or education materials, or contacting manufacturers;
SampleStore: part of our logged-in experience within PrescriberPoint.com, SampleStore is an industry-wide, Amazon-style sample order capability, allowing eligible HCPs to order samples across brands and manufacturers in one simple check-out experience. Samples can be configured by brands to be delivered via drop-ship or rep-delivered modalities;
OneHub: also part of our logged-in experience at PrescriberPoint.com, OneHub is our HCP self-service hub solution which combines an intake pharmacy capability with ”case management”. HCPs can write scripts inside their EMR to the PrescriberPoint Pharmacy, and allow their key office staff to work those cases within their PrescriberPoint accounts. There, we provide tooling that helps them through the various eligibility and real-time benefits checks and ePA submissions that may be required for the patient. With OneHub, we’re putting traditional hub services capabilities in the hands of the office staff themselves, in a brand-agnostic way.
How many HCPs do you currently have using the platform?
We’re currently supporting over 500k HCPs per month on the platform, including prescribers and non-prescribing staff.
How are you different from my brand’s own sales & marketing assets?
We’re different in four (4) fundamental ways:
- Non-promotional: we’re perceived by HCPs as a source-of-authority (SoA) platform because of the brand-agnostic nature of what we do. As such, we tend to be more welcome to HCPs when we reach out to them about our service;
- Support-oriented: we’re dedicated to support-oriented use cases. Our goal is to be a free prescribing resource to HCPs to help them overcome their prescribing burden, which according to the AMA can consume as much as 2 FTE days per week;
- Cross-industry: as an industry-wide platform, HCPs can find support for all of the products they prescribe, across their entire prescribing behavior. We’re focused on “picks and shovels” of prescribing support vs claims based messaging;
- Deep tooling: we offer tools that go deep into the value propositions we support, like drug research (label and medical), coverage research (detailed formulary information, affordability options (manufacturer or otherwise, depending on patient eligibility) just to name a few;
- End-to-end: we’re stitching together in one platform support across the full prescribing workflow. This includes: product education, technical research, cost and coverage guidance and the tooling to actually bring a script through the process (via our intake pharmacy and self-service hub solution).
Can we advertise on PrescriberPoint?
No. We do not run any ads inside PrescriberPoint.
As a non-promotional platform, we made the strategic decision not to confuse (and potentially alienate) HCPs with promotional messaging inside our platform. Instead, we have a unique HCP acquisition and monetization model. Brand teams that partner with us give us a target list of HCPs they want us to alert to the support we can provide, and we incorporate product placements for that brand into our own off-platform HCP acquisition tactics and direct those users to the support we provide for that brand. In that way, we can drive highly relevant HCP audiences to that brand’s presence on PrescriberPoint, and activate those HCPs in very bespoke ways.
